This summer I was fortunate enough to work with Pablo Granoche, pro-soccer player of Italian Serie A: Chievo Verona, during his break between seasons. A gracious and extremely talented young man, this Uruguayan-born striker extraordinaire (pictured in yellow) is on the road to qualifying for the world cup in 2014. ¡Dale, che!

World Cup is finally here and the excitement began today with the kick off game 1: South Africa vs. Mexico. This afternoon Uruguay takes on France at 2pm, in case there are any gauchos in the audience. For more info, check out Fifa.com

I caught up with a couple of clients and good friends of mine, Thiago “Battata” Domingues (world-class Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and instructor of Elite Mixed Martial Arts) and Dan Gurzenda (professional MMA fighter) while they prepare for their next big fight. Working on these athletes is a true joy…Stay healthy, boys!

I worked the Home and Garden Expo at the Convention Center on Saturday with Dr. Tobeñas of Florida Chiropractic Health. It was a very busy day and a great turn out for us and all who attended.

What a beautiful day to give massage at the Wildman Triathlon at Moss Park. I worked on Olympic distance athletes and had a great time. I can’t say it was all fun for those athletes… The water that morning for the first leg of the race was a humble 58º!
