Ironman Florida 2011
This month was a busy one…I traveled to Panama City Beach to work the Ironman Florida with a team of sports massage therapists from around the region, and it was an overall great event! The top winner set a new record with an impressive 7 hours and 59 minutes…that’s 140.6 miles in under 8 hours! See pics here.

Dog Island Paddle Fest
This month, on Sunday the 20th, I will be offering chair massage at an exciting paddle boarding event…Winter Park Dog Island Paddle Fest! Bring your pups, and your paddle boards (or rent some there) and enjoy the ride through the beautiful Winter Park chain of lakes. This is a fundraiser benefiting Pet Rescue by Judy.

Chievo Verona Striker
This summer I was fortunate enough to work with Pablo Granoche, pro-soccer player of Italian Serie A: Chievo Verona, during his break between seasons. A gracious and extremely talented young man, this Uruguayan-born striker extraordinaire (pictured in yellow) is on the road to qualifying for the world cup in 2014. ¡Dale, che!
