Massage Therapy at Ironman Panama City Beach, FL 2011

This month was a busy one…I traveled to Panama City Beach to provide sports massage therapy, kinesio® taping and swedish massage therapy at the Ironman Florida. I am a part of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association Sports Massage Team and a little over 30 therapists from around Florida State came to work the event. The top winner set a new record with an impressive 7 hours and 59 minutes…that’s 140.6 miles in under 8 hours! See pics here.
