My name is Gabriela Aparicio, licensed massage therapist and medical massage practioner. I attended the National Personal Training Institute in Longwood, Florida, and became NCBTMB certified in May of 2009. I specialize in sports, medical, myofascial release, deep tissue, and P.N.F. stretching. I belong to the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, FL State Massage Therapy Association, and the FSMTA Florida Sports Massage Team. I also attend various sporting events (triathlons, cycling races, marathons, ironman competitions) providing pre and post event therapy for the athletes. I bring to you much conviction, dedication and passion to the style of therapy I provide.

I have a varied background in several sports including gymnastics, soccer and Brazilian capoeira, and understand the physical and mental demands athletes endure. I have chosen to use my background in fitness to promote healing through touch, aid in injury recovery and manage pain not only to athletes, but also to those with wellness & balance in mind.
